Is GDI a pyramid scheme?

All companies fall under this same hierarchy to the right where the foundation consists of representatives, common laborers or general staff.  Above them you have the overseers consisting of supervisors, managers or even mid-level executives and at the top, which only the dedicated get to experience, you'll see your senior chairmen including president and CEO.  Every company in the world falls under this business model which means there will never be more supervisors to representatives or more CEO's to Directors, its just the only sensible way.  Just like company-wide in GDI you'll never see more upline then downline members.  The reason GDI differs from this is unlike the traditional business model you're able  to set your own income level and determine where you fit in the business model, plus your CEO will never teach you how to take his/her position.

As just mentioned, a pyramid is perfectly legitimate.  The only way a pyramid would not be legal is if members within the organization transferred money/paid out commissions that were not related to the sale of products or exchange of goods.  Examples of illegal pyramids are cash lending programs, chain letters & cash gifting.  Examples of legal pyramids are GDI, your job and other reputable companies who mirror this hierarchy.
